The Panorama 

Using images downloaded from the Spirit Rover's Panoramic camera in a period between Sol 1169 to 1174. I was able to firstly colour, and then stitch together 13 separate pictures!

This was a large task, and the biggest panorama i have attempted so far.

It seemed like a great idea as i began, but, half way through i did start having regrets!

It looks like the Rover team did program Spirit to take all the images used at around the same time of day. meaning my job was a little easier regarding matching up the images.

I still had quite a bit of tweaking though, there are some colour variations, and i had to manipulate the images to continue the unbroken panoramic view without too much distortion.

I am quite proud of this image. It certainly gives me a great deal of pleasure to view it. Well worth the effort. I hope you enjoy these views, and the individual segments from it seen here.
